Subscription and Cancellation Terms
Thank you for using our website activation code purchase service! To protect your rights, please carefully read the following terms regarding activation and cancellation of subscription codes:
1. Subscription Code Activation
- Activation Instructions: The subscription code is the only credential required for subscription services. Please keep it safe. To activate the service, go to the “Renew your subscription” page on your device, enter the subscription code, and complete the verification process.
- Activation Terms: Each subscription code can only be used once. Once activated, it is bound to your account and cannot be transferred again. After successful activation, your service will be immediately activated, and the validity period will be automatically calculated based on the set duration of the subscription code. Please follow the steps as instructed during activation. You are responsible for any activation failures or issues arising from incorrect steps.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
- How to Cancel Subscription: You can apply for a refund anytime by going to the “My Orders” page on the website and clicking the “Refund” button. Once the refund request is submitted, it will enter our refund review process, and we will contact you via your login email.
- Cancellation Notes: Once the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. After cancellation, you will not be able to reactivate the subscription or get the latest software updates.
Before requesting a refund, you may need to check whether the order is eligible for a refund.
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
1. The product is a virtual service. Once activated on the device or the points have been used up, a refund will not be supported.
2. Normally, after the order is confirmed, the system will automatically send a confirmation email within one hour. However, due to network or system failures, spam settings, or email spelling errors, the confirmation email may be delayed. In such cases, you should contact the customer service team within 24 hours.
3. Refund requests made due to technical issues where the customer refuses to cooperate with the technical support team for troubleshooting, refuses to provide detailed descriptions and information about the issue, or refuses to attempt the solutions provided by the support team. In such cases, we will also not support refunds.
4. For products purchased through authorized dealers or third-party platforms such as eBay or Shopify Store, please contact the respective seller or purchasing platform to apply for a refund.
The following situations are eligible for a refund:
1. The subscription code has not been activated or the points have not been used, and it is within 30 days of the order start date.
2. If the purchased service has technical issues and the technical team has not provided a solution within 7 days, we will issue a full refund.
3. Please initiate the refund within 30 days of the order being placed. If you cancel after 30 days, we will charge 50% of the order amount in a single payment.
Note: For personal reasons (e.g., “I no longer need it”), you may request a refund for the order, but any Handling fees incurred during the process will be your responsibility.
3. Payment and Handling Fees
- PayPal Payment Handling Fees: If you choose to pay the subscription fee via PayPal, a handling fee set by PayPal will apply. The PayPal payment page will display the handling fee amount, and you can verify it before confirming your payment. The handling fee is collected by PayPal and is not part of the subscription fee. Once paid, it is non-refundable.
- Other Fees: In addition to the PayPal handling fee, any additional fees resulting from other payment platform policies (such as exchange rate conversion fees) will be borne by the user. Please be sure to carefully read the payment page for fee details before making a payment to avoid unnecessary disputes.
4. Disclaimer
- Our company reserves the right to modify the subscription code usage rules and membership service terms. Changes will be announced in advance through notifications to users.
- Our company is not responsible for any service suspension or termination due to user violations of this agreement or other relevant laws and regulations.
