2. Activation Terms: Each subscription code can only be used once. Once activated, it is bound to your account and cannot be transferred again. After successful activation, your service will be immediately activated, and the validity period will be automatically calculated based on the set duration of the subscription code. Please follow the steps as instructed during activation. You are responsible for any activation failures or issues arising from incorrect steps. Once the subscription code is activated, refunds are generally not supported.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

1. How to Cancel Subscription: You can apply for a refund anytime by going to the “My Orders” page on the website and clicking the “Refund” button. Once the refund request is submitted, it will enter our refund review process, and we will contact you via your login email.
2. Cancellation Notes: Once the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. After cancellation, you will not be able to reactivate the subscription or get the latest software updates.

3. Payment and Handling Fees

1. PayPal Payment Handling Fees: If you choose to pay the subscription fee via PayPal, a handling fee set by PayPal will apply. The PayPal payment page will display the handling fee amount, and you can verify it before confirming your payment. The handling fee is collected by PayPal and is not part of the subscription fee. Once paid, it is non-refundable.
2. Other Fees: In addition to the PayPal handling fee, any additional fees resulting from other payment platform policies (such as exchange rate conversion fees) will be borne by the user.
